No, the code is fine.
The issue is this: A recipient gets an email that says "There
used to be an attachment "foo.exe" but we deleted it."
What is the recipient supposed to do?</pre>

text to add something such as:</p>
<p>If this file was expected and needed, please contact the sender
to get the file.</p>
