[Mailmunge] ADMIN: Mailmunge git repo has moved

Hello,

Because of GitHub's new "Copilot" feature, I have decided that I will no
longer keep any of my software on GitHub.  I have deleted the Github
mailmunge repo and made a new one that just points to the real repo.

The real Mailmunge git repository is now found at:

    https://git.skoll.ca/Skollsoft-Public/mailmunge

Please let me know if you have any issues cloning the new repo.
