That's a horrible hack.  Could you (and anyone else who is interested)
please try git HEAD at https://git.skoll.ca/Skollsoft-Public/mailmunge ?
(HEAD is commit 6519c12b20) and it should make it unnecessary to do that
seperate $macro_ctx hack; the original $ctx passed in to filter_recipient
should have all the macros set.
