[Mailmunge] Log - About to execute command

[list at ptld.com]

I had the following two log entries today.
A spammer made multiple connections at once, causing extra workers to spin up.
I just want to make sure the "about to execute command" isn't something to worry about like injections triggering something.
Or is that normal verbiage for mailmunge just spinning up extra workers?
