That doesn't work.  If I make mailmunge noarch and mailmunge-base
%{_arch} I get: error: line 58: Only noarch subpackages are supported:
BuildArch: x86_64

So probably the simplest thing is to nuke the mailmunge-base package
entirely and make the mailmunge package be what mailmunge-base is now.
