[Mailmunge] ADMINISTRIVIA: Moving away from GitHub

Hi, everyone,

As convenient as GitHub is, I do agree with the points made by the Software
Freedom Conservancy at https://sfconservancy.org/GiveUpGitHub/

As soon as I can find a feasible alternative for GitHub, I'll announce
what it is and move Mailmunge over to it.  After 30 days, I will
be taking down the Mailmunge git repo.

My self-hosted git repo at https://git.skoll.ca/Skollsoft-Public/mailmunge
will always be available.  However, I'm looking for a hosted service
on which people can file issues and open PRs.  I do not want to deal
with the infrastructure needed to permit that.
